Andrii Golovnia is the Founder and CEO of In Tech House Design Corp., a Professional Engineer Structural/Civil (P.Eng), Building Code Consultant, and former Humber College professor. With over 18 years of experience in custom homes, mid and high rise development. He combines engineering precision, strong leadership, and real construction expertise.

A dedicated marathon runner, Andrii brings the same discipline, endurance, and focus to every project - ensuring technical excellence, clear communication, and a smooth client experience.

Beginning his career in 2004 across leading design and scientific firms, he developed a unique ability to blend creativity with technical precision.
